Zinc pills for acne?

Yes, where I live there are some zink+biotin pills and they really do wonders :)

I do agree on seeing a doctor first just incase you're deficient in another vitamin/mineral.
I did take zinc years ago without seeing a doctor for my skin and not only did I almost always vomit afterwards but it was actually my vitamin D levels that were low :(

I try to get the bulk of my vitamins from my diet...including Zinc.
In the past, I have taken Nicatinamide, but under my derms care.
I'd speak to my doctor about if it may work for you.
