I turn 21 on the 25th:D and I'm planning to go to Vegas if my plans don't fall through. So I was wondering how to do my hair, makeup, and outfit. I really need some suggestions on what to do. Plus I'm cutting my hair into a lob this week so it's kind of hard to get ideas on how to do my hair.

Personally I would go all out, sky high heels, a short glitzy dress, dramatic eyes and a dark lip, but that's just me, lol. In general I would definitely suggest a dress that you feel comfortable but glamorous in, it's your 21st in Vegas so don't be afraid to go all out or a little out of your comfort zone! For your hair, play around with it as much as you can after you get it done and if you can't find a style/look that you like with it then you can't go wrong with simple curls or even just straightening it (:
