Idk what kind of extensions you're going to get for $5-15 you can try hot topic they have colorful one pieces you stick in your hair like accent clips but like a full set could probably cost more.

I don't think they would look good 😁 just from what I've seen anyways the colorful extensions around that price range usually look plastic and cheap. Unless you really like them then you could get some and see how it looks.

Sally's beauty supply has them and they're about $12 for two. They're 100% human hair so you can style them and everything!

I'd say it would look more natural to get a blonde pair and dye them purple. It helps imitate your hairs texture, especially when you get the human hair sets(: I recommend checking out Sallys as well.
