I have recently gone cruelty free with my makeup products and thought some of you might be interested to know some of the major cosmetic companies that DO test on animals. These are some of the biggest and most surprising I've found so far:
Maybelline, Revlon, L'Or?al, Rimmel, Chanel, Laura Mercier, Makeup Forever, MAC, and Clinique. There are so many more, that's only a few.
And now a question: what are some good CRUELTY FREE haircare brands? The shampoo I'm currently using is from L'Or?al, so I'd like to purchase from a cruelty free brand. For that matter, if you know any good lesser known cruelty free makeup brands, leave those as well!

I love Shea Moisture for my hair. Have you tried any of their products before?

I haven't! I have colored hair- I bleach regularly, however it's not very damaged at all.

They have a lot of different lines, I use their line for dry hair! It smells delicious! They've definitely expanded a lot, I usually find a variety of their lines at Sallys, Target, and Ulta.

Live clean is a drugstore brand that is cruelty free, plant based and some products are even vegan. Great if you're looking for something on the lower end of the price scale as well.
