I'm not so sure on what you could do to get rid of them, but you could use a green concealer to cancal out the redness when applying makeup? Works for me :-)

I hear if you do a DIY mask with oatmeal, yogurt, and honey, it helps calm the skin. :) You could also try letting a green tea bag soak on the redness for a minute. It helps me with my redness. 😊

Try to eat less processed foods and less fats. I'm a raw vegan and I have found that eating more plans has improved my skin a lot; green tea gets rid of toxins too!
