My skin has always been super clear but a month ago I got a pimple on my forehead and since I was new to pimples I picked at it and it spread. now my entire forehead is covered with small bumps they're not red or big pimples they are just small bumps covering only my forehead everywhere else is clear. I've washed my face, moisturised, face masks, neosporin but it won't seem to go away and its been a month... what are some remedies I haven't tried?

I would try a spot treatment. Honestly Proactiv (the original formula ) the cleanser is really good! You can order it on its own off of Amazon --- not Proactiv plus. It's the old one ---

Time. Honestly that is what it will take to eradicate them along with using a spot treatment and allowing them to run its course. Your body just might be going thru a change hormonally and now you are getting an introduction to acne. I still have flare ups with it from time to time and I'm 41 years old. What works for me...M-61 Power Spot Blemish Lotion. It's a spot treatment product that is to be used overnight and it contains salicylic acid, tea tree oil and a few other good ingredients. It's only sold at Bluemercury. And La Roche Posay Effaclar Duo is a cream that can be applied day and night (just be sure to use a spf30 for daytime use). It contains benzoyl peroxide. And that can found at ULTA. Constantly switching up products will not assist in healing your skin and will actually delay healing even longer. Give anything you try out at least 6 to 8 weeks. If after that time you don't see results then move on to something else.

Definitely agree with Shelley - pimples don't disappear overnight no matter what you use - you have to be diligent with your skincare and prevention is key - make sure you are washing your face twice a day - morning and night and following with a toner, spot treatment for the acne, and moisturize with SPF in the day - if you keep at it then after 2-4 weeks it should clear up but sometimes it takes longer depending on how your skin heals itself - otherwise you can also add a sulfur mask once every 3-4 days to help dry out the pimples and speed up the process.
