Really tired of this acne and don't know what's causing it.

Ok, so I've been getting this acne (whiteheads) all over my cheeks and chin. Don't know what's causing it and it's getting on my nerves, is it because of an excess of dead skin cells? I provided a pic it's worse on one side of my face.

That looks like hormonal acne to me. It's usually on the chin and cheeks. I would have one side worse than another too. Spironolactone is AMAZING.

I had a similar case as well, turned out to be hormonal acne. My derm recommended me to go get birth control for it which it has been clear since!

Appi I used to wash my face with only water since it was always oily and moisturizer. Recently I switched to cleansing, toner, moisturizer and I havent used any makeup for almost half a year for this same reason.

Girl whatever it is... you really need to try oil cleansing method.. my skin is super oily and acne prone.. ocm is the solution.
