I believe 1-2 weeks. Keep it out if the sun and harsh soaps, you can use a mild lotion like Keri or vaseline.

I have 5 of various sizes and expertise that all healed very well for me. All of mine took a little longer than a normal cut. a few weeks or so. the smallest I have is about 3x4 inches and that took a few weeks. my largest is about a quarter of my back and that took a month if not a little more to be completely healed to the point that I waa comfortable ignoring it daily. everybody heals at different rates though. the most important thing is keep it moisturized and clean at all times. use something like a&d or aquaphor. lotion is ok after it starts to heal but its not the best and you don't want to use it at first because its not antibacterial. wash it with antibacterial soap at least twice a day, if you can do it more or want to to feel safer, go for it. it is an open wound, if it helps to think of that when treating it, they puncture your skin over and over to make the lines. don't cover it after the first few days unless it's going to rub against your sock or something, between the moisture and the bandage keeping it dark and warm bacteria will grow easier if you do. let it breathe as long as it's not coming into contact with something that can irritate it. keep an eye on it for any itching, swelling, or other signs of early infection that would make you want to adjust how youre treating it. also, just a side note, your ankle is a spot on the skin that tends to fold and wrinkle as you move, which tends to push ink out. don't be disappointed if you need a touch up because its very normal (though it looks awesome so far!!)

It took around 2 weeks for mine to go away. Just make sure you're moisturizing it a few times daily to minimize the peeling!

Don't scratch it off pit vaseline or some sort of ointment on it to keep it moist... I think it takes a week or two to completely heal. not certain since its been a few years since my last one. its pretty cute... does it have some sort of meaning to you?

Also only use antibacterial soap to clean it to avoid infection.

I have so many in all different sizes and locations, I've noticed that some of the areas take longer to heal then others. Parts of my chest piece took over 4 weeks, one on my back took about the same time and I've had some that are healed in a week. I wash with warm water and dial complete for the 1st week about 6x a day, and go down to 3 after that. I only apply aquaphor in a very thin layer after every wash and in some cases keep them covered with light gauze pad. All skin is different so just keep an eye on it, (:

I heal very quick so my tattoos were short healing. A few weeks. But my after care was a natural bee balm and lots of sunscreen in the summer. Keep it moist but don't soak it in a tub or rub it with a cloth. Hope that helps!

Since it was just an outline, single needle tattoo it will heal fairly quick , it will itch terribly , that's a good thing lol any questions let me know , I'm completely blasted lol.
