Draw a hot bath and pour in a quart of whole milk. It'll make your skin nice & soft because of all the fats whole milk has.

Unless you're referring to unpasteurized, straight-from-the-cow milk...I would think that'd be just fine too?

Raw milk has a lot of bacteria... I'd be hesitant to put that directly on my skin, especially if acne is a concern.

Kayla, how exactly do you use it? I have redness problems to and if milk could be a help... I'll try it!
