I belive RIta means that it is a matter of personal opinoin which lip liner is best for a natural look.
A natural look really depends on the natural color of your lips - For me I like to use Satin Mauve from essence as a "natural" lipliner as it is close to my natural lip color. But that color might not work for others as their lips might be more red then mine or more brown then mine and so on.
So when looking for a natural lip liner sade you should look for one that is as close to your natural lip shade as possible

Rita means that a "natural" lipliner shade is different for each person. Its like asking 'What's the most natural foundation shade". It needs to be "personalized" to each individual.
