I have Interview for Macy's just a normal interview so what I do with hair make up (I'm think of a day time smokey eye) my skin is very dry. Should exfoliate? Keep to my daily skin clear routine. Nail just I go nude or basic French. And I will love some tips for the interview.

I interviewed at Macy's and wore a nice dress with heels, straightened my hair, and kept the makeup simple and natural (I got the job the same day). You should always look professional at in interview so keep the makeup simple and fresh looking, no smokey eyes. Just do your regular skincare routine and nude nails.

Whatever your "go-to" look is, do that. You'll feel the most comfortable! As far as the actual interview, I highly recommend you make an account with glassdoor and go through the interview reviews. That's what I did, and there wasn't a single question I was surprised by. Good luck!
