I would exfoliate but it doesn't look so bad, it should clear up with time :) make sure to drink lots of water! And if you've been using new products maybe that's been causing you to break out. Also moisturize :)

It could just be hormonal or due to stress. Have you tried an acne cleanser?

Darlene I was thinking it was that as well, but don't know how can I manage my hormones lol if that makes sense.

Melissa I used Murad a while back, but don't remember if it worked for me. Might be going to Sephora to get it. I've been trying to go with "natural" or "organic" but looks like its not workingm.

What exfoliant are you using? I suggest using a chemical one over mechanical. I can't see the products you're using now do you mind listing them?

Sarah I just use sugar and honey. And its the juara rice cleanser, Acure oil control facial moisturizer, Vitamin c toner and sometimes use the coconut oil.

Melissa I've been using it twice a week and what's micro-tears?

Coconut oil clogs pores so maybe that's what is causing you to break out. Stop using it for a week and see if that's what's causing your break out maybe?

You can make a quinoa and yoghurt face mask, quinoa helps renew skin (and it also has other benefits for the skin like minimising wrinkles) and yoghurt diminishes acne and the scars. You can process the quinoa till its powdery and then mix it with unflavoured yoghurt. Apply this to your face for twenty minutes twice a day and you'll notice a huge difference within two weeks, I know this because I tried it and noticed a big difference. I even couldn't resist taking a selfie because my skin was so clear then ever! You will also notice your face will glow

Do you think you're breaking out from your bronzer? It looks like the bronzer areas, anyway I'm sensitive to talc products and I get a bunch of bumps when I use it.

It looks like it could be a hormonal kind of break out. You could be deficient in certain things such as vitamins, minerals, etc. you should have your Doctor order some blood work to see if you have any deficiencies or hormonal imbalances. It all starts from within is my main theory on acne. Lol
In addition it could be your diet also.

Livi H I havent worn makeup for at least 3 months. Barely started using it recently, so I know it's not that. I usually break out on my cheeks, jawline and barely started pimples on chin. Its mostly whiteheads.

It actually looks a lot like the acne I had in July which was hormonal. How you go about it, is truly up to you. I did get blood work done and I was deficient in vitamin D however taking it didn't help my acne. I did eat clean and made sure I ate everything free of hormones. I saw a doctor who practiced natural medicine as well and did what she told me to do. As nice as it sounds, it actually didn't do anything (I did have other issues accompany my acne and playing around too long also meant possibly becoming infertile). Now I just take birth control for it (which turned out way cheaper than any natural remedy... Cause it's free through my insurance.) and I got facials done every so often at my dermatologists office to help clear it up. I really only get one blemish now, but I would see someone professional as my dermatologist told me when there's a lot of acne going on its better to get real help cause doing a bunch of nonsense to it can create trauma and scarring to the skin. I would do a search on Dermatologist who specialize in acne and check out their websites as well.

Kitty so you suggest going to my primary doctor and then a dermatologist? Do you have any side effects taking the birth control pills.

I'm going to agree with Kitty on this. This looks hormonal to me and certain birth control that can make a world of difference. I also agree on nixing the coconut oil, aside from use on removing make up or using on your hair.

Try some Vicks vapor rub use only at night be carful with orifices ok! The menthol kills the bacteria. I had s huge zit the painful kind I put a dab of the Vicks whola the very next day I saw the zit reduce in size swelling alleviated. Wash skin with purified vinegar and do not listen do not pack on foundation to hide the zit why? Because it's causing more inflammation also examine your diet and manage stress levels believe me the zit will subside. Ok and most of all love your smile!!
