Can Anyone Recommend Me An Eyebrow Pencil+The Shade?

I'm in need of a new eyebrow pencil! I have dirty blonde hair. I have been buying eyebrow pencils from different brands in the shade "blonde" or "taupe" etc., and they keep end up being way too warm toned/light! could anyone recommend me one that is more cool toned/ashy if you get what I mean? here's a picture of me to maybe help.

An inexpensive one is the Maybelline one (green packaging). Its thin like the the Anastasia Brow Wiz. The only thing is they don't have a variety of colors, BUT...the medium brown one is pretty neutral.
