Best concealer for dry undereyes.

Title says it all! I was really going for the naked but the sales person convinced me on the it cosmetics bye bye under eye. It's just sooo thick for me! Any suggestions? Looking for something to brighten as well and use for a little highlight in the forehead.

Yeah I was going to recommend it cosmetics...maybe you're using too much since you said it's too thick for you.

Are you wanting hydrating & brightening? Or actual concealer to hide? For hydrating and brightening I highly recommend Charlotte Tilbury Mini miracle eye wand Omg the hydration and brighten effect this product leaves is beautiful and light weight. :)

Hmm...I love Philosophy, but like any brand, certain products are hits or misses or don't mesh well with particular skin. I love Alma's suggestion to brighten and hydrate, but I'd also consider changing your eye care routine up to give you more moisture prior to applying cosmetics.
