Ok girls so I'm not complaining because it is that special time of the month most expect to break out I can extremely oily t-zone and that's usually where I break out but this month and last month I've been breaking out all over my cheeks that's really odd for me I just keep my skin care routine the same step it up a bit when I do break out and carry on because I do believe that to some degree I have found a very good skin care routine but I feel as though it may not be strong enough for my cheeks as it is on my t zone I use oxyclean face wash deep clean I use the same medicated pads after I wash my face exfoliate with Yes to tomatoes exfoliator twice week he's good cleansing cream and if it's a very bad break out I will use clean and clear spot treatment but it doesn't seem to work for my cheeks does anyone know why I could be breaking up there or how I can get rid of it maybe I'm missing something in my routine it's just such a new territory for me thank you all.

What do the pimples look like? Are they white heads or big red painful pimples or what? Usually the type of acne will determine the best treatment - another reason for cheek breakouts can sometimes be dirty pillowcases or touching your face a lot with dirty hands - but I'm guessing since you are close to the time of the month they are hormone related which means they will take a lot of time to heal - anywhere from 4-6 weeks - try using tea tree oil to reduce swelling and redness and try to destress and stay away from junk food and other food allergens - those can make hormonal acne worse - you can also try the buffering lotion by Mario badescu to speed up the healing process - it makes the bumps come to a head quicker and paired with their sulfur drying mask it helps my cystic bumps heal in 2 weeks time instead of the normal 4 weeks - so hopefully it helps you too if it is hormonal cystic bumps.
