The hair is pretty pricey but I see nothing but good reviews on it on YouTube but then again some people are paid to just make those review. Wondering if anyone here has tried them out?:)

Well I don't personally own any but my older cousin has a couple pairs and for a party we went to I clipped in some she had and they looked SOOO nice like they looked so natural with my hair!! I've owned extensions before but they were nothing like these. I'd totally recommend them

Are they actually really thick like they say? I've wore extensions half my life😂but I need some that will last me & mine seem to thin out :(

I think my cousin only replaces hers every year and a half and she wears them every single day

And the only reason why she replaces them is bc of heat damage :/

I literally pay $17 a pack for Remy 7pc extensions. They are amazing and last months. The first pack I bought was Bellami and they're not different from the ones I buy now. So long as they are Remy I found they are great quality.

Yes of course Remy hair is fine but I was just leaning more towards the bellami because they seem to be more specific about the thickness of the hair which I need. What website do you get your extensions from? I would like to check it out Mari :)

Darlene, are you relating that a single set of clip in extensions were worn and styled for 18 months... every day? In no way do I intend disrespect, but even the highest quality hair does not promise nor do they perform for 18 consecutive months, and for good reason. Perhaps your cousin has indeed enjoyed extensive wear with lovely extensions, but I suspect her wear dates are hyperbolic.

No Rozberry Darlene said she thinks she was setting a time frame for an example. She was just giving me an idea as in they lasted her cousin long lol but anywho Rozberry can you tell me why they won't preform that long? I'm curious..even if you don't do anything to them at all but just clip them in they still won't last?😣

I ordered a set and was pretty disappointed. I'm a cosmetology student and well experienced with extensions. Seriously extensions are like my specialty. I ADORE extensions! Mine just damaged so quickly. 3 months and they were toast. Obviously I know how to care for them and that includes minimal washings, products (except heat protection) use low and minimal heat, brush gently and so on with a GIANT list of "dos and don'ts" and mine just trashed:( they never held a curl. Never took even minimal heat. And Rozberry said they won't last because they won't. Clip in hair extensions are not really made for LONG lasting. Sew-in or bead-in, or tape-in are long term extensions since they have to withstand more washing and styling and ALL day EVERY day use. Clip ins are a temporary clip in and take out. they shouldn't be used too much, thats why they clip in, so you can quickly and easily remove them. I ordered sew-in wefts and added clips to them, they're expensive but will last. Feel free to ask anymore questions.

Noemy, extensions, like anything, have a wearability time that is directly effected by frequency of wear and styling. A set worn daily is constantly exposed to product, the elements, brushed, etc. It is as if you owned a sweater. You can have an amazing sweater for 20 years, but a sweater worn daily..in inclement weather, cuffs rubbing the wrist repeatedly, fabric exposed to sun, absorbing perspiration and washed with frequency is going to look and feel much differently than one that was worn sparingly or perhaps, used only indoors with climate control.

For thickness, you want to look for the grade...are they double drawn..the hair count in each weft and such.

Single drawn extensions can be thick, but are thinner at the ends. Double drawn hair undergoes a process that brings fullness through the shaft and down to the ends; they cost more for good reason. They wear longer and have more volume. Remy, virgin...these are the primary concerns I see in the forum, but surely more should be taken into consideration.

We have a few members that have used or worked with extensions extensively, such as Simone and Velan. I'm sure there are more, but their names escape me at the moment.

Velen...lol Old habits!

Velen's current user name is Cali V. She might be able to help. I know we have some members that use and love the brand you are looking into. Perhaps today they will spot this and provide feedback.

Mariah, even micro-ring/I-tips and the like have an expected usage time frame, which I'm sure as a student you are familiar with.
Truthfully, even those "permanent" extensions vary in grade and wear time. It's difficult to navigate these waters because buyers don't always understand how hair is graded or know the particular positive points they need to look for. Even then..after taking everything into consideration, there are shady dealers out there who are untruthful in their promises and practices. It's sad because quality hair is expensive and so it is an investment.

I do feel that you CAN find quality clip-ins with great wearability and softness that bring both length and volume. I just think expectations should be kept real and that is why I addressed the 18 month time frame with regard to daily usage. It really is a sincere effort to relay helpful information.

Hopefully members will share more experiences for everyone's benefit.
