I wanted to share my little transformation with you all :)
I first gave her a haircut, (we chopped a lot off!!) then deep condition, followed by a blow dry & style. I then went in and added some makeup.

Also, Jaylene yes most haircuts have a name, however you as the client don't have to know the cut. ( we usually describe them in angles ) My suggestion would be to bring a picture and let them know where and how you want to fall, and if you like layers or not. This is the picture of the cut she wanted

Thank you for taking your time to respond thoroughly Jacqueline. I appreciate your honesty and will definitely take it all in a positive manner. I did not use foundation however, the concealer she brought in was far off from her skin tone. I am still building my kit and foundation and concealer are my last to cross off. Which RCMA palette would you recommend to be more universal? As far as shades and undertones go?
