Hello! So yesterday I bought a clear mascara and am using it as an eyebrow gel, but then I saw on Pinterest that you can make it tinted by adding eyeshadow? Has anyone tried this? Did it work for you? I need to know if I'm going to ruin a perfectly good brow gel.. Thanks!

I haven't done it myself, but the only concern I'd have if I was going to make this is what if the eyeshadow doesn't properly distribute in the gel and you have more pigment in other places spastically in the gel. Just my thinking. I haven't tried it so I have no clue. You can buy a cheap $1 clear brow gel from elf and test this in that first to make sure you aren't wasting a perfectly good gel!

Ahhh...I love using clear Great Lash to set my brows, but I'd worry about adding shadow to the tube due to bacterial growth. :/

It works but I had to put in a lot of eyeshadow in my mascara tube for it to be pigmented enough to use and you do need to pump and swirl the wand in the tube to mix which causes air to get in. it works fine for me thougu except the great lash spoolie gets too much product on for me.

I have a tip that may help I've been doing it for years. You know those duo powder & wax brow kits? well all you do is crush in some of the brow powder and some brow wax mix together and there you have it instant brow cream product. Most don't know that those duo kits can be mixed for more pigment pay off. :)
