How to get rid of it without going on accutane? I use a salicylic acid wash, drink water and I'm currently on lymecycline (antibiotic) for 2 months but nothing is changing! :(

You can do to a dermatologist and get some oil free lotions, make sure you wash your face at least twice daily but don't over wash, you can try clay face masks they can soak up any oil on your face, and you can use oil blotting sheets to get rid of oil.

I'm run for my college and I used to break out everywhere (legs, back, shoulders) from the sweat. what I do is I take a loofah that has a stick and I just use regular acne wash and scrub my back. it's mostly gone now!

The only to change it is to figure out what's causing it - like Brandi mentioned here was from sweat - and so was mine - I used to wear the same shirt 2 days or more in a row or after the gym I slept in my gym clothes and that was causing mine - make sure you change your shirts regularly and wear a clean shirt to bed every night - or if you don't wear shirts to bed make sure your sheets are cleaned once a week - pair this with your current routine and it should go away over time (it may take up to a month or more to see results)

I'd try Benzoyl Peroxide with a wash in the shower such as PanOxyl and do what Brandi suggested. Get a natural bristle brush and be sure to let the suds sit a few seconds. I also think Diana's
sheets and clothing advice is also spot on. 100% cotton sheets breath and that makes a world of difference for skin.

Also good idea to wash your back after you shampoo and condition... could be leaving some accidentally on your back from that... just a suggestion though.

Go to a dermatologist. Or you could go to an esthetician and get a back facial..which sounds weird but it would work in loosening up everything so it can heal.

I agree with Diana T. and Rozberry J. Have you tried Optima Tea Tree oil? I get mine from Holland & Barrett. You will need someone to put it on for you. Make sure you use a clean cottonwool bud for each application.

My fianc?e had back and chest acne. I bought him Nubian Heritage African Black Soap. It has almost completely taken care of the acne.
