I have a bold blue lip and I really wanna use it but I don't know what eye makeup would look good. Any suggestion.

Depending on what you're wearing it for I'd probably suggest like a silver smokey eye maybe with a killer black winged eyeliner too :)
Either that or keep it pretty plain with neutrals and still some eyeliner so it doesn't overpower it too much.

Black winged liner, with metallic silver shadow SLIGHTLY smoked out. You've have to go understated but equally edgy and trendy so that the bright lip doesn't look out of place :)

It would look best if you avoided any eyeshadow, that way the lip color stands out. but definitely pair it with bold eyeliner!
