You can use a combination of exfoliation, Vitamin C serum with ascorbic acid of at least 3%, and broad spectrum sunscreen.
This will brighten and help even skin tone while protecting scars from darkening from sun exposure. They will not go away without the aid of derm treatments or procedures, but it will make a difference. You can always consult a Derm who can personalize skin care for you. Retin A does fade some acne scars, for example, but your doctor should determine that. If skin is pocked, expensive, professional procedures can help address it, but those tears in skin will not vanish from any wash or cream.
Best of luck to you. You look lovely.

Something that's worked for me is vitamin e pills. I don't take them, I squeeze all the vitamin e oil out of them and rub a little into the affected areas, it really helps clear up the acne scars!! My acne scars usually aren't deep into the skin it's more on the surface so that might be why it works. For deep scars I suggest exfoliating!
