Your skin otherwise appears to be clear except for that area.It looks like a blind acne bump.I get these too sometimes and they usually dry up soon after I apply facepack and ice.They'll slowly diminish in size.Please don't pop or squeeze or else it'll lead to scars. :)

It looks like a reaction to me. Check if you're allergic to any type of food or products. It happens to me a lot.
