Make sure it's pure, organic, unrefined and edible if you plan on cooking it or using it near/on your lips. Just look at the ingredients. If it's got anything else listed, look for something else.

Costco sells a 78 oz bottle of Nutiva for about 21 dollar. It is cold pressed and unregines.

I personally use Lou Ana 100% Pure Coconut Oil. I get it at Walmart for about $6-$7, it's in the food aisle near the Vegetable OIL and such. I personally get refined. The only difference between Refined and Unrefined is that with refined they heat it up to rid it of the coconut scent and such. So if you don't mind the scent of coconut, go for unrefined. If you gag at it like me, go for refined :) Xx

Oh and I use it in my hair, on my face, on my skin, and in my food. It had cleared my skin, softened my once flakey/rough skin, and boosted my hair. It's definitely my holy grail! :)

Organic, extra virgin, cold pressed. be careful outt it on your face it clogs pores like crazy and can cause breakouts.
