Hmmm...not great lighting, is it?

Perfect lighting! You look stunning, Chris. Very fresh and youthful! I like your lip color!

Your complexion looks so fresh! Brows on point. Have you ever tried only extending your lower liner to about mid eye..kind of softly fading it toward the center? I feel like that would really open up those gorgeous eyeballs!

Your gorgeous! That lip color is perfect.

Wow! Thank you all!
@Rozberry - unfortunately, my liner is tattooed and I've begun to regret how strong it is - both on top and bottom, but especially the bottom. I could try to conceal part of it...?

Hmm...this isn't my specialty, but maybe you could highlight the inner corner a bit. It looks lovely so no frets!

Maybe you could try to modify your lower liner by applying a pencile concealer of the color of your skin so the tattoed line would be less marker. however, you look gorgeous! This Is the only suggestion that I could give to you. beautiful, light and fresh looking!

Okay, let me thank you individually. I appreciate all of your comments.
@RT - how nice of you! Thank you for your sweet words!
@Rozberry - beside your lovely comments, I appreciate your suggestion! My liner's been bothering me, but it never occurred to me to try to reduce it with makeup. Thanks for making me think!
@Maria - thank you, Sweetie!
@Jacqueline - does it look like I followed your suggestions? Glad you approve! Not only am I enjoying my Chantecaille products, but I found a fantastic makeup artist at the Chantecaille counter where I go! I really trust him, he's picked nice colors for me, and he's very honest ("no sparkles for your eyes!").
@Gloria - I happen to have a couple of skin-colored pencils that I can try. Great idea! I appreciate your comments and suggestion!
P.S. This pic might have better lighting...?

Thank you! Did I place the blush correctly? It is a pale blush...I don't know if I can make it look like more color, but I could put it on a bit more area...? The foundation happens to match my face - my body is just way too dark (and I hate it - too much sun is SO poisonous to the skin)! I was bronzing for quite a while to match a little better, but I got sick of bronzing. Can I bronze and contour or maybe I should just continue bronzing instead of contouring until my tan fades. Then I would definitely use a stronger color blush. Thank you for the compliment!! 😘

Thank you, Jacqueline. So, if I'm a MAC NW25 on my face, I might be an NW35 in summer? Or would it be possible that I'm a different tone?

Ohhh..the second photo is positively lovely! I think you look divine and very sift...romantic. The colors are beautifully suited for your eyes and lips. Be joyful with yo fresh self. :) I have foundation envy!

@Jacqueline - thank you for taking so much time explaining to me! I love the info and I soak it all up - I'm totally obsessed right now and I hope it goes away soon ;) I never try to tan - my 'tan' is mostly sun damage...it fades but it's always there. I wear sunscreen every day, but we spend a lot of time at the beach and when it's hot, I just can wear one of the many sunscreen rash guards I've stocked up on. I NEVER let my face touch the sun! I'll check out another MAC color today. I've been a bit partial to It Cosmetics CC cream or Bye Bye foundation lately, which are very
limited in colors. Last night I dusted a layer of bronzer all over my face and I think it looked more comparable to my chest and arms.
@Rozberry - thank you! Means a lot to me! I'm working on it, loving the adventures!

@Jacqueline - I just re-read your suggestion about bronzer. I'll give it a try!  xox

They came out with a new foundation, Bye Bye Foundation - it's very similar to the CC cream but supposedly has more skin care. Only problem is Beautylish doesn't sell it. Glad you like it - I do too!

Chris, First I'd like to thank you for posting on behalf of us who are "older" beauties. You look beautiful and you take the constructive criticism, come back and ROCK IT! I learn a ton from your threads. I don't have anything substantial to add that hasn't already been mentioned except that I am also a fan of the IT CC cream. I'll have to check into the new foundation, I didn't know they had it.

Hi Tina! Thanks for your kind words! I tried to find out the main difference between the foundation and the CC cream, as they seem so similar in texture and coverage. They couldn't really give away any "trade secrets," but it sounds like there's more skincare in the foundation. I told them that I use plenty of highly regarded skincare and they still maintained I'd benefit from the foundation. We'll see! All I know is, when I take either off my face at night, my skin still feels so good! Thanks again!
