How can I conceal my open pores.

Hey beauties!
I have some open pores n pock marks on the apples of my cheeks that aren't so severe but they do show when I apply foundation and I really want to know how can I conceal them for a flawless looking skin

I have similar problems with acne scars and scars from chicken pox. Primer really helps so far but I'm still experimenting. I like the smashbox photo finish oil free primer it's my favorite.

Miss Jacqueline is exactly right - you cannot completely cover the texture you can only hide discoloration and try to use a silicon based product to slightly fill the pores but it won't be enough to completely hide it - skincare will be your best bet in helping your skin heal itself - makeup can only do so much.

Hi, Ankita --

As for as diminishing the look of pores, I saw an Australian makeup artist tutorial where he addressed this. After he applied the foundation, he used a big kabuki-style brush to work it in, using a circular motion in both directions. It worked!

The tutorial Kat mentioned is by Wayne Goss and the technique has resulted in a blurred pores type photoshop effect on my skin. Ugh I love it.

I also suggest the hourglass primer Jacqueline mentioned. I would never use another primer for the rest of my life if only I could afford to stay fully stocked on that product. I just have too many other beauty addictions:( The struggle.

I had a query regarding the dermawax.Is it going to cause any breakouts?
