Wanting to do a vampireish thing for my Halloween costume and trying to figure out what I can use for vampire teeth that will actually stay on and not look horrible.

Another vote for Scarecrow. I use denture cream (e.g. Polygrip) for added hold and they stay in place all day.

Oddly enough I have seen cosplayers use almond shaped fake nails attached with denture cream. It looks good and it's pretty easy to get a hold of.
