Eyelash/Mascara Problem Need Help :)

One of my eyes when I put on my mascara looks like fake eyelashes, it looks great. then I put it on the other side and they look more clumped, and they look shorter. any techniques/tips to help me out? pic of eyes now.

Length looks the same to me. The right just looks more clumpy and darker. I would try using a lighter hand when applying mascara to that eye.

OMG I use a tooth brush. Really helps!

Are you putting the brush/wand back in the tube for each eye? If its dry because you used it on the other eye without putting it back in the tube first, I find that it makes my lashes look clumpy.
