Try avocado face mask. I have a post on it. Try using gram flour paste. Use milk too. These things help. Make sure each one hardens before washing it off.

I was born with something called chicken skin and I get it on my arms legs and sides of my face where yours are and look similar the face ones come sometimes other times you can't see them it might be that any kind of lotion.

They could be whiteheads, it could be an allergic reaction, or it could be a heat rash. Whatever it is wash your face three times a day if you have oily skin bc you can get away with it in the summer. You could start taking Zyrtec every night, but even if it isn't allergies it's not going to hurt you. If it's a heat rash, put desitin on it for 20 minutes twice a day for a week and it should be gone.
