My skin tone is a nice olive. But my arms are very dark. Are there any natural ingredients which will fix this?!!

It looks from your photos as if you are differing in tones from sun exposure. It may be the photo, but I see some redness. You can exfoliate to help shed any dead cells, but if you have redness or pain I would just apply aloe or Greek/plain yogurt to soothe your skin.
To prevent getting si dark on your arms, which receive more light than other parts of the body for some of us, use a broad spectrum sunscreen. I'd use it every day anyway. Since you are darker at the moment, you can match your face better with a self-tanner, such as Jergens for face, which has natural looking, rapid results or use a bronzer to help bring some of those warmer tones to your cheeks, brow, etc..wherever the sun would naturally hit your face. Hope that helps.
