Hello.
Umm I don't know if I should put this on beauty or skin care categories (?)
Anyways, I found these DIY's on youtube which are:
1. Diy nutella lip balm using nutella, bees wax, and coconut oil.
2. Diy lip scrub using coconut oil and sugar
3. Using tooth paste as black heads removal.
4. Also diy bronzer using sugar free chocolate, cinnamon, and rubbing alcohol
Have any of you tried? Do they work?
If you havent, do you think it would actually work?

Absolutely do not use toothpaste on your face.

The coconut oil lip scrub sounds fine. I use a mix of coconut oil and brown sugar and I like it. Just spot test first. The toothpaste will just irritate your face, I fell for that one in middle school lol. As for the other 2, I'm not sure they sound strange lol.

1 and 2 sound fine for your lips, 3 is a doesn't work and just irritates your skin, I saw the video for 4 and I'm still not sure what to make of it.

I and 2 should probably work fine. Toothpaste can't do anything for blackheads. I know I used to use it on my pimples every once in a while. It simply dries out the skin.

I don't know how I'd feel about putting Nutella on my lips, I feel like if it migrated it would give me acne. But who am I kidding, I'd never get around to making the balm, I'd just eat all the Nutella with a spoon.

Toothpaste is a huge no.
And cinnamon can be a huge irritant. It's a common ingredient in the plumping lip glosses, which work by irritating your skin so that it swells.
Also, sugar free chocolate will likely break people out, and I can't imagine it would feel more look nice on the skin, I imagine it's like using a paste as bronzer. Rubbing alcohol will severely dry out the skin and isn't good for your skin in the long run.

The lip scrub is fine but I suggest brown sugar instead. White sugar has jagged edges whereas brown sugar has rounded edges, so it's much more gentle and has a very slim chance of doing damage.
The lip balm sounds fine, but the only moisturizing ingredient is coconut oil, and the Nutella I'm assuming is just for flavor? Because it'd be useless on the lips, but you can buy cocoa and hazelnut extract to put in instead. I'm not 100% familiar with the Nutella ingredients, its crazy expensive here and I'm not a fan of nuts, but it would cause the mixture to go bad quickly, since it's sticky and is a huge breeding ground for bacteria. The bees wax is just to make it a thicker consistency.
