Need help with lip exfoliation!

So I have the fresh sugar lip polish, but how do would I use that exactly? It's like a scrub. I've heard of using an old tooth brush to exfoliate but I need some tips! Please! Do you put on chap stick after exfoliating? I just want my lips to be soft for when I put on liquid lipstick.

Thank yall! Alma what lip moisturizer do you recommend? I'm using the Nivea Lip Intense Moisture right now! Plus where do you get those baby finger toothbrushes?

Yes any store like Walmart, target pretty much everywhere it's sold just look in the baby aisle. I use Sugar fresh lip treatment, It cosmetics Vitality lip flush 4 in 1 and I freaken love! Mary Kay lip mask and their satin lip balm Omg! I have no idea why those product's are never mentioned but they need to be because they do the job.I need to order some more, I highly recommend them big time. :)

With the sugar scrub, just scrub it on your lips with your fingers. Rinse off, I find using a soft cloth helps since sometimes it's hard to get it all by just rinsing. It's also edible if you get it in your mouth, it doesn't taste great but it won't harm you. And then apply Chapstick afterwards. :)
