Thanks Mia, please feel free to send suggestion to the BL team that would be great. We as mods always let the team know of all the suggestions but we need your help by also letting them know and they will try to make a change. Oh Diana that was so much fun right, it really made so many think about the reality of makeup in person versus picture's. We need to do it again.

It's a major pet peeve of mine Jessica. And all the above I agree with 110%. Ever so often I try my best to post something to engage users but I can't always do it on a daily because of my schedule. I would love to see beauties post more engaging before/after pics detailing how they achieved a particular look. And see less of the lazy answers. I've noticed a trend since I've been a BL user...quality posts comes in spurts...some months can be awesome and some absolutely awful. A lot of that has to do with the influx of new users with a drop in the OG users. As long as we keep having dialogue such as this it will definitely act as reminder on how to keep BL fun and addictive.

Going back to what Jacqueline said about the MOTD's, I really do appreciate constructive criticism which is why I post as many MOTD's as I do and I always try to say even a quick "thanks!" to everyone that's taken the time to comment on my posts, whether they're MOTD's or any of my questions. My makeup skills would be nowhere near where they are now if I hadn't discovered Beautylish.
Shelley, I never even thought about posting before and after pictures for the MOTD's. I'd be happy to supply a before picture if you think it'll add more content to the threads! (:

Alexis...before/after isn't a requirement... I was just mentioning that as an example/idea to kinda spice up a post. But definitely engaging dialogue is a must with the MOTD's via step by step so others can duplicate themselves. And I've seen your posts...they are awesome sauce and it's been cool seeing not only you progress and grow but others as well. Please continue sharing and incite others to do the same. Whether it be MOTD's or offering first person reporting of a particular product.
