Hello, I have just recently started using makeup and I am wondering what kinds of brushes to purchase upon starting my professional makeup collection. An explanation of what the brushes are used for and how would be nice to. Thanks!

Some staples for me is a MAC 239 brush ( I use this to apply pigments/ eyeshadow precisely on the lid AND to smudge shades on my lower lash line), MAC 219 ( this pencil brush is great for smokey eyes+ it works amazing to apply lipgloss), Sephora #74 blush contour brush ( I use this to apply powder, contour, highlight and even aluminize!), ABH #12 brow brush w/ spooley ( can be used to line the eyes and do the brows!), MAC 217 ( I like using this in my crease + to contour my nose!), and lastly a Marc Jacobs face II Foundation brush! It applies foundation evenly and doesn't clog my pores. Super easy to clean too.
