School starts in a few weeks, and I am totally broken out and I really want it gone. Does anybody have some tips? From things to eat to products to use, it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I've heard that cutting out dairy is helpful to some people. I like using tea tree oil as a spot treatment and daily I use an aveeno cleanser daily. Also, if it's really bad I would recommend going to see a dermatologist who can help you by recommending other things that you can try to help reduce breakouts

If it just started it could be something that you've recently changed. Otherwise it could be just hormones.
Try drinking more water, eating healthier, & sticking to a strict face regimen.

I had the same problem as you. I was FREAKING OUT because school was starting and all that summer grease was just building up and building up. I experimented with some products and here's some that absolutely saved me! Every night, I use the yes to tomatoes oil control gentle skin cleanser. Then I use the yes to grapefruit daily scrub. These two products were a God sent. I use them both every morning and night. Always wash your face twice to make sure you cleanse your pores totally. I use the cleanser first, and then the scrub. If I get the odd breakout, any mask by the company freeman works perfectly. For moisturizer (a mandatory if you wash your face twice, it gets dry) I use the chia seed sebum control by the face shop. It works heavens because it's a gel cleanser instead of a cream so it doesn't clog pores. It smells really good too! For diet tips, drink lots of water, cut out greasy foods, and try to avoid dairy. Also make sure you are getting a proper amount of zinc. Change your pillow case once a week and make sure you wash your hair about every 3 days (the grease builds up and gets on your pillow, causing it to seep into your pores) good luck! x

Definitely cutting out milk and wheat bread! I drink Almond milk and substitute my bread with a whole grain bread from Trader Joes. Making sure you are purchasing a whole grain bread is evident when the first ingredient on the breads ingredients list says 'Whole Grain'.

But cutting out whole fat milk and bread has helped tremendously!
I too drink green tea or chamomile tea (great for inflammation) around 9-10 pm after I eat some leafy greens with tomatoes.

Definitely eat fruits and veggies! Greens are aaamazing for your skin.
Flush your system with a green juice consisting of carrots, and apple, lime, chia seeds, spinach and water. Great drink to cleanse your tummy :3.

But any good cleansing drink will do. Really make sure to feed your body the goods to have better skin.

Before cutting anything out go to your doctor and discuss it. Sometimes cutting out dairy, wheat, etc.can be very dangerous and you can't just cut it out, you need to slowly lessen it, or it can really mess up your system, and can in turn cause more acne from hormone changes.

A lot of cows milk these days comes with extra hormones that you really don't need in your system and that's why more and more people are finding they have dairy allergies (like me) and when I switched to soy milk it definitely helped my skin and my stomach - so if you have any food allergies make sure to avoid them - also there are many triggers to acne - sometimes it can be food related (eating lots of junk food or oily food usually doesn't help but eating healthy food n veggies usually helps) other times it's hormonal and stress related (in that case you would want to see a dermo or esty to treat it properly but destressing can help - I do yoga but any way to destress is usually good) also staying on top of your skincare will usually help fight acne from happening in the first place so make sure you have a good routine with a cleanser, toner, moisturizer with SPF for day time and a spot treatment for when you do have acne bumps - I've found that prevention is the real key and it's harder to get rid of pimples once they start to form than it is to keep them from forming with good skincare and a healthy diet.

Don't stress either because that can cause even more acne!

I started to eat a healthy diet. More fresh fruits and veggies. Cut down on sugar, and salt. You can also detox you body by drinking warm water with lemon or you can buy detox teas. Usually toxins are in your body causing you to break out. Doing this can really change how you breakout.
