So I have $14.99 on an Amazon gift card, I found a few that give me a lot of brushes but I'm not sure what one to go with. Any suggestions.

I have the third one you posted, they are great for the 13$ but not the best. They work well and I've had mine for over a year, but I have been slowly replacing them with sephora brushes. They are definitely soft and don't shed much, and great for beginning to play with makeup. I ordered that one because it had the most brushes for the least amount of money, and I wanted to be able to experiment with what type of brushes I liked to use best before investing in high quality ones, but there are a couple of these ones that I still use everyday.

I have the 2nd one (: umm their really nice brushes for the price, nice amount too, but some brushes are repeated in the set, I've had mine for a while and still using some of them, they are really soft and I've never experienced them shedding even after I clean them.
