You could mix it with your moisturiser if you have normal or dry skin, or you could dilute it with a little bit of water and put it in a spray bottle as a facial mist if you have oily skin. You could always use it on a q-tip to spot treat scars as well

If you're using an oil you'd apply it after toner or after your serum if you use one... gently pat/push it on your skin to plump it up. Then you can follow up with your moisturizer.
