I have asian fair skin. Recently I'm getting Melasma in my upper lip which is starting to look like moustache. I don't know what and how to get rid of it.

Are you certain it's melasma? Most Asians have black hair and against fair skin it usually looks like the skin is darkening but it could just be micro hairs in that area... In any case exfoliation might help and a good moisturizer like jojoba oil.

Thanks but unfortunately in my country jojoba oil is not available. yes I'm certain its Melasma only.

Really? You can buy it on amazon for pretty cheap - what country are you in? If it's really melasma you may want to see a dermatologist for prescription treatment.

Vit c serum. A light lactic acid peel twice a week, I use dr. Graf, retinol at night (roc). I also use pca pigment bar. I am currently trying the pca hq free lightener. I'll let you know how that goes. Stay hydrated. Limit foods with copper. Take zinc and vit c and ask your doc if you can take msm sulfur. Most importantly Get off birth control and wear SPF religiously!

Stay hydrated, limit foods with copper, get off birth control and use SPF. I would also consider zinc and vitamin c natural remedies.

Basically everything Erica mentioned:) I haven't their retinol but heard it works for scars. Vitamin C serums paired with few drops of vegetable glycerin is a great serum to mix with a moisturizer or before moisturizer. Make sure if you're going to make it to get ascorbic acid not the flavoured vitamin c tablets. and use it within 3 days max
