Normally when I have a canker sore, I spray some H2Ocean on it and it's gone within a day or two. I've been doing that with this one and it's been here almost a week, and it's a doozy. It hurts. I don't have any canker-x or anything medicine wise to help, but I know someone has a diy remedy up their sleeve they're just dying to share with me...! (; please and thank you!

They make Peroxyl and rinses/pens for mouthsores, but until then, this might help.

Tums. No joke. The same thing that causes stomach ulcers causes cankers. I sucked on a peppermint one the other night before bed and got instant relief. In the morning it was completely gone.

Well, basically.
But you just get some water and a table spoon of sea salt.
You can make it yourself.
Saline is just water and salt

I always always always get canker sores in my mouth because I'm constantly chewing on my lips and cheeks. The only thing that gets mine to go away in a few days is gargling warm salt water twice a day and it goes away in about 2-3 days. It seriously works wonders for me!!
