So I have spirit week this week and tomorrow's American Monday where we wear red,white and blue, if anybody has any makeup ideas that'd be awesome!

I think maybe blue eyes (eyeshadow, eyeliner) and red lips if you want to be casual. If you want to go a bit out maybe vertical stripes of red and white eyeshadow along eyes, with blue eyeliner or maybe blue eyeshadow in the corner and maybe a red lip.

You could try doing this (I think it looks good haha)

start by priming your eyes than with eye shadow use the white, than the blue continuing blending than the red on the crease blending outwards than more white over top of the other white (if needed) and than the winged liner.
I'd also suggest using a white eye liner pencil for your bottom waterliner and inner corner of eye, and mascara/ fake lashes only on the top lashes so that your eyes appare larger (sometimes when you use a lot of eye shadow it can make your eyes look smaller so yeh)

I'd make the eyes centre on attention and just have nude lips :)
