Can you braid this hair??

So my hair is really long like pass my butt long but I can't style it. All I can do is braid it. I was thinking of cutting my hair like this but I was wondering if you can still braid it. By braiding I mean like a regular braid and fish tail braid.

Yes. it may be messy or require gel or hairspray, but yes.

Yes of course, however I personally find that the more layers you have more hairs that stick out of the braid but gel or spray as emily mentioned would help.

I think it'd be fine. my hair is about the length of the second shortest layer right Noe and it braids just fine.
