I'm looking for a eyeshadow primer that won't crease, isn't clumpy, goes on smoothly, and doesn't break the bank. I have the revlon one and it creases and ruins my eye makeup that I worked hard on. When I used the urban decay primer potion it was very good and lasted 12, 13 hours at a time. But I don't want to spend the money again.

You can get excellent primer, mascara, bronzer and a lip from too faced for $20. That's pretty awesome.

Honestly, I've been uaing a mix of concealer and setting powder as my eyeshadow primer and it's been the best!
I had an Almay concealer just sitting in my vanity so I decided to put it to use. I applied two small dabs per eyelid as I smear tge product throughout my lid extending upwards right below my eyebrow arch and out to the tail of my eyebrow. After 2 mins I set it with NYX Hd powder, but you may use any concealer and setting powder. And let me tell you, my eye makeup lasts a good 7-8 hrs without being oily. I have oily eyelids so this has become a great routine ^.^

A few people compared it to the Urban Decays Primer Potion in videos and it held up to it I believe

Estie, if you are referring to the Too Faced deal..Ulta does not list it as "online only* so it should be available in stores. I love that mascara and their lip color is creamy. I prefer their primer to UD, myself
At the link, it has a section for zip code, so you can check for a store near you that has it. You can also phone your local Ulta..be sure it is in stock. That little shadow primer lasts for me.

If you're aiming for a primer for longevity, you can try buffing in some setting powder to your lids. I usually blot mine clean with tissue and smooth out any creases, and buff it in. The only primer I've had hold up longest is Tarte's 24/7 waterproof eyeshadow primer. But I live by the swamps, in hot and humid Miami. The only trick that keeps my eyeshadow creaseless all day is the setting powder trick.
