What type of top matches with this sort of skirt? Does it have to be a blouse or is just a regular shirt ok? Fall is here and it's still warm enough to wear skirts so I don't want to waste this chance!

You can wear this even in cooler weather with a Hella cute sweater or Cardi with a cami beneath..some heavy tights...Don't fret!
