Using to much conditioner type products or just conditioner in general can cause this and well as washing hair to frequently I don't know of that helps but just a thought.

Try and train your hair out of the grease- the more frequently you wash your hair the faster it gets greasy. My hair used to be like yours now I wash it twice a week and it's totally fine. Start with washing every other day and use dry shampoo to help absorb some of the oil. You can also put your hair up to hide your roots. You can work your way up to more days, even 3 times a week would be a lot healthier for your hair and would be an improvement! You may also find your ends won't be as dry, as shampoo gets rid of the natural oils root to tip.

Dry Shampoo is fantastic. Spraying your scalp helps reduce the amount of oil that migrates down the hair shaft.

If you don't wash your hair every night/day it helps. I wash mine 6/7 days a week.

Use a different shampoo for greasy hair. When I was in fifth grade, my hair was horribly greasy. I got a new shampoo and almost instantly, I saw a change. Four years later, I still use shampoo for greasy hair and I haven't had greasy hair since!

I agree with Stacie on "training your hair". I wash my hair every other day instead of every night now. At first it will be greasy but soon it'll balance itself out. Use dry shampoo in between washes, there's so many awesome ones, find the right one for your hair. Also, I know it sounds simple but make sure to brush your hair every night. Brushing your scalp helps to spread your natural oils all throughout your hair so it doesn't just accumulate around your scalp. & try using more lightweight products (shampoos, conditioners) & make sure to wash any residue when you shower.
P.S. Look into apple cider vinegar washes :)
