I want to buy some. What do you think about Hairinfinity? Is it effective? Is it worth it?

Hairfinity is just biotin. Don't take biotin without s blood panel done. Taking biotin or any pills without taking a blood test to see if your deficient is incredibly dangerous. If you're on even a semi healthy diet you're most likely getting enough biotin from your food or from a daily multivitamin. As someone who has overdosed on biotin when I was younger, please do not just go out and take pills. Just because they're sold in stores does not mean you should take them without consulting a doctor. Taking any vitamins, especially biotin can lead to very bad side effects that defeat the point of taking them fit nice hair like hair loss, hair dryness, nail weakness, skin issues like permanent breakouts, dehydration etc, not to mention the lethal ones like kidney failure, liver failure, heart palpitations and more. Read these threads for even more reasons why you should NOT take biotin or any other pills just because someone on the Internet said it's okay.

Here is a label of HairInfinity. It's a lot more than just Biotin but the level of biotin is a lot higher compared to the other vitamins. I've heard good and bad reviews about it. I take an organic version of Hair, Nail & Skin pills but drink loads of water and eat a lot healthier. I can definitely tell the difference when not taking them. I consulted a doctor much later and was told that vitamins are fine when taken correctly and are from a well known brand. A lot of people take more than the suggested dosage thinking they will see faster results. This is not true. Yes, the best thing is to consult a doctor about your issues, but if you can't afford to see a doctor then do extensive research before trying anything and stop immediately if you notice anything different happening. There are lots of articles on the web that are written by doctors and specialists that are accessible to the public.

Hope this helps you!

I know horse tail is good for your hair but I haven't yet heard of ingesting it. Honestly my personal experience with horse tail is to make a strong tea ( allowed to sit for 20min) and pour that on your hair letting it soak in for no longer than an hour.

I've been studying herbalism for 4 years now. Lol there are much stranger remedies than a horse tail rinse for hair. But it is very unusual, lol not going to lie some remedies make people give a hairy eye!
