I use biolage by matrix. since your hair is weak they have a strengthening shampoo and conditioner. I usually shampoo my hair every other day, because washing it everyday will strip your hair from its natural oils and will cause it to feel dry and break off. I also use a deep conditioner once a weak. hope this helped! c:

Dove intensive care moisture... Best shampoo and conditioner ever! I swim everyday and am constantly in the sun, so I have extremely dry hair. I've tried tons of products, including salon brands, but nothing beats the moisture that you get from Doves Intensive Care set :)

Sulfate free shampoo and conditioner helped me. Loreal Paris has a sulfate free line in green bottles and a cleansing conditioner in a gold pump bottle that is the cheaper version of wen. It's really good. I use the shampoo and conditioner then once a week use the cleansing conditioner.

I keep several different types of shampoos in my collection since I have high lift color and dry hair. I keep a reparative shampoo preferably something keratin based, a moisturizing shampoo and a clarifying shampoo. A few of my favorite brands are Nuvo by pravana and Moroccan oil. Both of these brands are completely sulfate and parabin free.

I had damaged hair too and I tried pro naturals moroccan argan oil hair shampoo and conditioner and they worked pretty good, help to repair and restore the hair and leaves it soft, shiny and healthy again. :D

Sulfate free, if your hair isn't too fine then go for deep conditioning, don't dry your hair with a towel (I use a men's cotton undershirt) wash and rinse using cold water, and don't forget leave-in conditioner!
