Are you talking about Neutrogena Oil-Free Acne Stress Control Triple-Action Toner? If so, I have used it for about a year and I personally like it. It is strong and can sting if your face is dry. Very essential to hydrate your skin and have a strong moisturizer. On top of that, I spot treat with Indie Lee Blemish Lotion =)
