From the answers I got on my thread yesterday (I made near-enough the samw thread), I'd recommend the RCMA no colour process foundation :) it's available to buy on here :)
As per your picture, if you mean Horsham as in the place in England, I live an hour away from there :)

Could you post a photo without a filter? It looks in this photo you may have neutral or even warm tones. I would go to your Ulta or Sephoa and get a sample of a neutral foundation (IT cosmetics has some) Apply and go in direct sunlight and see if it is too pink or too yellow. If it is too yellow, you do indeed have pink (cool) undertones. If it is too pink, you would be warm (yellow). And if it is just right, Welp, you're neutral tone. :) Finding your temperature is extremely important before finding a shade. :)

I recommend a white foundation for mixing, face ateliers is great. That way, any formula you like can match you and it takes forever to get through the white foundation as you use so little.
