Wear mascara, either regular or clear (you can curl lashes as well) then if you want to do a foundation and set with powder fill in brows alittle bit just on sparse spots and blush and either lip balm or kind of a matte nude :)

I'd say to wear a tinted moisturizer with a tinted lip balm gives a nice dewy look without being overly shocking (:

BB cream or CC cream + a powder foundation. Use lightly. Mascara, natural soft brows (try a brow powder), maybe so soft nude eyeshadow colour to add a little definition, clear lipgloss or a nude matte.

Face- BB Creme with powder at the T zone, little blush
Eyebrows - a light powder, lighter than your eyebrows
Eyes - no dark eyeshadow, but a matte highlight on lids and under brows. No eyeliner. One coat of a clear mascara and a second coat of a tinted brow gel over your eyelashes

First apply some mouisteriser next apply concealer to apply this use your ring finger and trace along the top of your cheek and up. next you should use an eyelash curler (if you want you can heat it up to give your lashes more volume) you don't have to if you don't want to you can always wear translucent mascara but avoid use black/coloured mascara because they smudge easily. For the lips go wuth colours that are either the same or simular colours don't go int school with a strawberry red lipstick because these are definite give aways.
WARNING:
Never wear eyeliner or anything that smudges never go for anything to brught and NEVER GET CAUGHT if you want to give yourself a top up than tuck them into your tights or even pants. Keep amirror eith you but it can only be small. Always do your nake up in a stall not in the open because chances are some snitch will catch you and run to the teachers. Never tell anyone you wear make up only your very best freind no girl that you played tag with once hope my advise works have fun and remember makeup is a privledge don't abuse it
