I'd suggest the CeraVe moisturizing cream.
My skin was super dry, red and flaky due to it and it's helped SO MUCH

When my skin is really dry I mix some face oil into my night cream and sleep with that on. I can't do it very much because I have very very acne prone skin but if you don't it should be good!
