Best concealers and treatment for spots?

I get pretty bad spots on my face and am wondering what concealer would be best to use to hide them and if anyone knows any effective spot treatments that aren't to harsh on the skin. My skin is combination and quite often responds badly to spot treatments.

My Cover Fx Cream Concealer seems to always cover my blemishes completely+treat them which is odd because it isn't marked as a blemish treatment.. I also have very sensitive skin! I have heard of Cover Fx having a blemish concealer- might wanna check that out!
